For a green world
In 1996, we were awarded, as the world’s first sunbed manufacturer, the EU-Environment
certification according to DIN ISO 14001 (in accordance with the Eco-Audit
Directive No. 1836/93). Shortly afterwards in 2003, we introduced an
environmental management system in accordance with the EU Standard DIN EN ISO
14001:1196. And we have not stopped there!
Because we have a vision and we are pursuing this systematically: to offer sunbeds that meet the highest requirements and this in every sense.
To be the technology leader, means assuming responsibility. We are very aware of
this and we take this responsibility very seriously. The brand new sunbeds,
6800
and 7900 αlpha are impressive evidence of this. But to ensure this is visible,
we a setting an example with – the megaSun environmental seal. This seal will be
seen more and more, because we are pursuing this path systematically. This is
good both for you and the environment, because it actually means:
High performance sunbeds in a really attractive design, which not only look good
and when used properly offer the best for the skin and well-being, but which
also save energy and are easy to maintain. Here, this means that both
environmental resources and you costs are reduced!
Important innovations which play a considerable part in this are for instance:
electronicPower
An array of innovative properties – this is electronicPower. Electronic
Vorschalt devices reduce the energy consumption of the tubes by approx. 33 %,
the weight of each sunbed by almost 100 kg and guarantee the safe operation –
even when the voltage fluctuates.
cpi energy,
cpi energy guarantees less energy consumption, more performance and longer
lifetime of the tubes; enables the setting of all conventional UV-Norms on the
display or at the push of a button (only possible with Original Tubes).
But not only electronic details such as the stainless steel long-life filter,
which no longer needs to be changed or energy friendly LED technology help the
environment too.
